Officers spoke to a 22-year-old man who lost a load of timer onto the road in front of police along Oura Road on Saturday just after 6pm.
He was subjected to roadside testing which revealed a positive result for alcohol. The 22-year-old was also found to be a P2 provisional licence holder subject to a zero alcohol limit, and placed under arrest.

Further testing at Wagga Police Station saw the man return a low-range blood alcohol reading of 0.71. His drivers licence was seized and suspended, and he was issued with a court attendance notice for drive with low range PCA, and a traffic infringement for drive with unsecured load.
