POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding a crash in Wagga last night after a car rammed a parked vehicle.

At about 8pm on Tuesday night, a purple Holden Commodore sedan was travelling east along Leavenworth Drive, Mount Austin.
The vehicle then crashed into a stationary car, pushing it onto the nature strip and mounting the curb.
The driver sustained injuries to their right forearm and complained of chest pain before being taken to Wagga Base Hospital by ambulance.
In other news:
Mandatory breath testing was conducted on the driver, returning a negative result.
It is not yet known what caused the driver to leave the road.
