The 17-year-old claimed the open women's wheelrace title at the COVID Recovery Track Open Carnival at Sydney's Duncan Gray Velodrome.
It follows her state titles victory in the criterium last month, where she also placed third in the road race.
Brooker also won the Hanwood Cup earlier this year, and she will look to continue her run at the national track titles in Brisbane from December 16.
She said she has put more time and effort into her training this year as she graduates into the senior ranks.
"Stepping up into seniors, which is what I am now, you really have to make a decision on whether you keep doing it," she said. and if you do you really have to start training basically every day of the week.
"I've only raced there once before. It's the next level up so it's pretty tough racing. It will be interesting to see how I go."
Brooker was given a 75m handicap in the wheelrace on the weekend, beating Vikings Cycling Club's Lily Stratford (70m) by around a bike length.
Her prowess on the track and the road should be an advantage when she tackles the gruelling omnium discipline at the national titles.
"I've been training a lot harder than previous years, especially at this time of year, and I think I'm in with a good chance," she said.
"The one I'm really interested in doing is the omnium. It's four races and you get points for each which build up over the event," she said.
"Each race is about 20km and you have to back up pretty soon after each race, it's a pretty tough event."
