The Rock SES crews arrived on scene at about 11am where an 81-year-old woman was trapped inside her vehicle on Holbrook Road, near Mangoplah.
The side of the vehicle was removed in order to free the woman with the help of two ambulance crews.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the woman sustained minor injuries to her shoulder and abdomen, likely from the impact of her seat belt after the car rolled and landed on its roof.
