He made 61 as Riverina posted 5-242 in the 53-run win over Western on Saturday.
Ambler then scored 39 off as many balls in the five-wicket win over Greater Illawarra on Sunday.
His innings featured seven boundaries and a six.
Ambler scored 110 in his three innings.
South Wagga's Jake Scott scored eight batting at number five as Riverina chased down the 144 needed to win in the 26th over.
Nathan Brown was the competition's leading wicket taker, with eight dismissals at an average of 7.50 while Ben Mitchell snared six dismissals.
