Bolton has only won one of the matches he's posted triple figures in after Wagga RSL eased past the 179 set for victory at Robertson Oval on Saturday.
Ethan Perry led the way finishing unbeaten on 93 in the seven-wicket win.
It extends the strong start by the Bulldogs this season, with three wins and a wash out from the first five matches.
Captain Sam Perry was thrilled to bring up another win.
"It was a fantastic win," Perry said.
"It looked a bit shaky there at the start with the way Bolts was hitting them.
"They were 1-83 off 13 which was alarming considering we had started well every other game."
However the clash soon turned when the skipper snared Andrew Dutton (32) with a return catch off his own bowling.
The dismissal triggered a collapse from the Colts, who lost 5-26 to put themselves under pressure.
Despite Bolton's efforts they struggled to back up the good start and when the 40-year-old was removed for 107 they couldn't make it past the 40-over mark.
Ethan Perry and Todd Henderson (50) then made short work of the run chase conditions with the Bulldogs having over four overs in hand.
"We probably timed it perfectly," Sam Perry said.
"Toddy Henderson played a different sort of innings to what he usually does - I think he was seven off around 40 balls - but he and Ethan just grinded it out.
"We did it pretty easy in the end which is very pleasing."
The loss leaves Kooringal Colts winless through the first round of the season.
While pleased to bring up another big score, Bolton admitted it has been another frustrating start to the season for the club.
"It was pretty hard work out," Bolton said.
"It was a disappointing day for us and I would have liked to have batted our 50 overs to get over 200 as we bowled quite well outside of the extras.
"We were probably 30 or 40 runs short having only batted 40 overs."
