With seven wins for the season, plus seconds in the Griffith and Leeton Pacers Cups, the six-year-old enjoyed by far his most successful season.
Trained by Brooke McPherson, her partner Tom Gilligan drove the gelding in four of his wins.
He was pleased to take out the honour.
"We were very pleased with the award as he has done a great job this year," Gilligan said.
"He's won nearly $60,000 and has been racing fast class horses all the time and has given us a lot of success."
McPherson utilised younger brother James in his three other victories.
The pair are now looking for another assault on the Leeton Pacers Cup on January 1.
Master Jude and Roll A Dream couldn't be split in the Juvenile Horse of the Year division.
