Emergency services were called to the Sturt Highway near Borambola about 5am on Friday following reports a B-double truck had rolled.
The truck was headed towards Wagga when it flipped on its side near the intersection of Martins Road, affecting traffic in both directions.
Riverina Highway Patrol acting inspector Ben Smith said the 31-year-old male driver was uninjured, but traffic has been affected all morning.
"I believe the post items are fine, but there was urgent medical supplies in the vehicle. A van attended quickly to retrieve them on behalf of some businesses in Wagga," he said.
The driver has undergone mandatory breath testing with a negative result.

Acting Inspector Smith said it appeared the rollover was fatigue-related at this stage, but investigations were still ongoing.
"We believe the driver started work around midnight and has driven through the night, which is why we are leaning towards fatigue," he said.
Traffic diversions are in place and delays are expected until at least 1pm.
