Westcott Bale is drawn box one in the third heat of the Ladbrokes 5th Grade Series (400m) at Wagga.
The dog has a win and two second placings to his name since joining Anesbury from Victoria and connections are confident of another forward showing.
"He's going to be a good little dog," Anesbury said.
"We got him up from Melbourne and found out he had a hole in his muscle. We fixed that up and he hasn't looked back.
"I'm expecting him to run pretty forward again (on Friday)."
Westcott Bale is owned by Anesbury's son Mathew.
Anesbury will also be represented by King Kohli, from box one, in the second heat.
"He's a good hard chasing dog and if he finds the rail he'll be hard to beat as well," he said.
Wicked Val will also have her final start for Anesbury later in the meeting.
