Emergency services were called to Oura Road between Wagga and Wantabadgery after the vehicle crashed, igniting the grass fire.
Paramedics from Wagga responded after receiving calls just after 11am, a spokesperson confirmed.
A female driver has been treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The fire was listed as advice on the RFS's Fires Near Me.
