Zone Commander for Fire and Rescue NSW, Stewart Alexander said firefighters arrived at the home on Karoom Drive at about 4.30pm.
Up to four fire crews, and ambulance unit and police are in attendance.
"Thankfully, a thorough check of the house was done and no occupants were found, no injuries have been reported," Mr Alexander said.
Firefighters will continue onsite for to ensure the fire was contained and unlikely to re-ignite or spread.
"As the weather heats up, it's a timely reminder to make sure you've got a working smoke alarm in your house and you always call triple zero to report a fire," Mr Alexander said.
