Brooker was crowned player's player for the Wanderers in their historic premiership season and was presented the award at their presentation day last weekend.
The player's player trophy was the only award presented for the Wanderers' senior team.
Brooker was honoured to take out the award in such a special season for the club.
"It's always special to get voted player's player by your teammates, it's always a special one to get," Brooker said.
"It was a massive year for us. I mean, our first premiership and for any country side to win a NPL anywhere is a massive achievement."
Brooker, 23, joined the Wanderers this season after COVID-19 saw him return home to Griffith to continue studying at university via distance.
He was joined by his brothers, Elijah and Jacob, in travelling to play for the club and it is a move Isaac does not regret.
"I loved it. Like I said to the boys, it's one of the best clubs you can play for in terms of the people around the club, the supporters, the playing group as well," he said.
"It's the best club in the Riverina in terms of that and that's why we chose to go there."
Brooker expects to be back at university in Geelong next year and won't be back for a second year but said he leaves with lasting memories.
It is one of a few changes for the Wanderers' men's side already with Dave Leonard stepping up to replace Michael Babic as coach.
Meantime, Maddy Harris was named player's player for the Wanderers' women, with Lisa Cary taking coaches award.
Sophie Cary was player's player in women's reserve grade, while Liam Dedini was named player's player for the men's under 23 premiership team.
Other player's player winners were Ally Levy (under 13 girls), Amity Wood (under 15 girls), Piper Scott (under 17 girls), Dipkar Rai (under 13 boys), Callum Flanagan (under 14 boys), Will English (under 16 boys) and Joshua Timothy-Nesbitt and Samson Lucas shared the award in the under 18s boys.
