Tumut's Pat Logan is the only player not from one of the three clubs for the Capital 7s.
Leeton won the two SIRU sevens carnivals over the past fortnight, with a win over Griffith in the Hay final before getting the better of Wagga City on their home turf on Saturday.
Coach Jonno Andreou wanted to reward some impressive performances after a change to the representative format.
"They were the three best teams," Andreou said.
"We haven't played this format with a rep side for a long time and with COVID stopping Brumbies Provincial it is giving guys an opportunity to play in a different format.
"It should be good and I'm really excited to see."
Andreou is looking to try to implement a more structured style over the next fortnight.
However he's confident there is plenty of talent in the squad as they prepare to take on the best Canberra has to offer with plenty of new faces coming into the representative arena.
"Most of the players that we've picked suit sevens," Andreou said. "With the talent we've got in our team I'm pretty confident we are going to match it with the Canberra clubs."
There is more of a mix in the women's squad with five clubs represented.
After winning both events, seven Griffith players have been selected by coach Elliot Barrett.
Four have been selected from Hay.
Barrett believes it is a great chance to showcase the talent in the region.
"It should be a good experience," Barrett said.
"There was a lot of talent in Leeton and Hay so it is exciting going up against some Canberra teams.
"Hopefully we can get a few wins and prove women's rugby is as strong in the country as it is in town."
The first leg of the Capital 7s will be played in Canberra on Saturday before Wagga plays host on November 21.
