Randy Feltface will be back in action at the Riverina Comedy Club, his first performance in the city since last year's Wagga Comedy Festival.
The Riverina Comedy Club's Dane Simpson said Randy was bang-on with local jokes in his last show for the club.
"It's a lot of what Randy does. I don't know if he's just really knowledgeable or just does really good research, but he was talking a lot about the region," Mr Simpson said.
"Just ranging from early explorers to colonial sort of stories and other things that have happened. And really, no Wagga person knew what he was talking about.
"It was very funny to have this guy talk to Wagga people - he knew more than the local residents. It was so fantastic."
Mr Simpson said it was "absolutely incredible" to be able to host Randy, who has performed shows for the likes of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala and the American television series Bring the Funny.

Randy, who is voiced and operated by comic Heath McIvor, performs stand-up across Australia and internationally.
He is also known as one half of the 2015 ABC TV series Sammy J & Randy in Ricketts Lane.
Mr Simpson said Randy would be one of several household names to perform at the Riverina Comedy Club this year, following earlier performances by Tom Gleeson and Justin Hamilton.
Mr Simpson also praised Wagga's local performers and said the people were regularly blown away by the city's homegrown talent.
"We say to everyone who comes to one show, you'll come to the rest. You'll be hooked," he said.
"Even though we've got some really big names coming through, people you'd recognise from the telly, certainly every show we do is just as fun.
"I think people trust us, that we're going to put on a great show."
Randy will perform at the Riverina Comedy Club at the Civic Theatre on Saturday, November 14 from 8pm-10pm.
Doors will open for guests 30 minutes before the show, with VIP ticket holders invited to arrive 45 minutes before the show.
