On October 24 at about 10pm, Wagga Highway Patrol officers attended the incident on Dorset Road, Bomen, after a video surfaced on social media showing burnouts taking place in the area.
On arrival, police stopped an 18-year-old P1 provisional driver allegedly behind the wheel when the offence took place.
In other news:
The young man was charged with drive manner dangerous and aggravated burnout offence as a result. He was also issued a court attendance notice and had his registration plates seized for a three month period.
