The exciting Moye has signed with the Kangaroos for 2021, along with younger brother Tyler.
Both live in Temora and decided it was time to head home from Marrar where they played with brother Jackson, who will remain a Bomber.
Brad featured in the Kangaroos' historic three-peat from 2012 to 2014 and played his junior football in the blue and white.
"It'll be good to be back. There's a few boys still there that played in the premierships. It'll be good to have a run around with them again," Moye said.
"I always knew I was going to come back and the time seems right."
Bringing speed on a wing and the ability to find goals, Moye added another Farrer League premiership to his CV in 2018 when the Bombers went back-to-back.
He missed their grand final in 2017 after puncturing a lung in the second semi-final, against Temora.
Moye, who turns 30 at the end of this year, was disappointed not to get in a 2020 farewell season at Marrar and leaves with fond memories.
"It was hard to leave. It's a good club and 'Sparks' (Shane Lenon) is a good coach," he said.
He's looking forward to seeing Tyler develop and said his versatility is going to be an asset at the club, with his ability to play on a wing, up forward, or through the middle.
Temora coach Jake Wooden is excited to have them both committed.
"I'm stoked," Wooden said.
"Every year we've had a good conversation to try to get Brad back. He's massive. He's the player we've sort of been lacking, with his class and his smartness around the outside of the contest.
"We've got a couple of in-and-under players but we've lacked that polish on the outside those last couple of years.
"Last year was the first time I've seen Tyler play. When he played us a couple of times he was on the wing. He was a bit more in-and-under (than Brad) and he played pretty well against us. And it's another local boy back which is good.
"Every year we've tried to build our team around locals, approach guys playing at other clubs first and try to get them back first, and then see what we end up with and go from there."
Temora have seen forward Matt Harpley go the other way for 2021, having a crack at the Riverina League with Coolamon where he'll be alongside former 'Roos Jake Barrett, Anthony Atkin and Luke Gerhard.
Wooden said Temora remain confident of retaining the recruits they had for 2020, including former Canberra Demons forward Tom Faul and brothers Max and Haydn Richardson, after all went back to play with Ainslie when the Farrer League went into recess.
The club is once again hoping to appoint a new president in coming weeks. The rest of the executive committee positions were filled at their recent annual general meeting.
