Adam Symons, fondly known as Moosa, was doing contract work at Marrar when his right arm became tangled in a round baler, causing it to detach from his body.
He got help from a nearby farmer who applied a tourniquet his limb before emergency services arrived and airlifted the 36-year-old to Canberra.
The surgeons had managed to reattach Adam's limb.
The gofundme campaign had sought to raise $30,000 to help Mr Symons with "extensive medical attention and rehabilitation" after surgery in Canberra.
"Funds raised from this page will go directly to help Moosa get the best medical attention and rehab he can get," the campaign stated.
