A police media spokeswoman said emergency services were called to respond to an accident involving three vehicles near the Caltex petrol station on the Sturt Highway at Gumly.
The spokeswoman said west bound traffic had been diverted on the highway and drivers were asked to reduce their speed and exercise caution as emergency services attended to the scene.
IN OTHER NEWS:
A NSW ambulance spokesperson said paramedics attended to five patients at the scene, who showed minor injuries.
However, they said one patient has been taken to Wagga Base Hospital for further treatment.
