It was a vision however, that husband and wife duo Lito and Marciel Pastor were forced to adapt in wake of the pandemic.

"It is exactly the same as having a restaurant. We can still cook Filipino dishes and other international foods," she said.
Wagga's newest food truck has been open for business for only two weekends, but already the community has welcomed them with open arms, she said.
While the food truck is currently operating at 57 Leavenworth Drive in Mount Austin on Friday and Saturday, Mrs Pastor said they hoped to eventually set-up at special events once the city returns to a sense of normality.

"Fusion was cancelled, but we can bring the food truck in the future and join the teams of other food trucks that come to Wagga."
The popularity of the city's food trucks has been on the rise ever since Wagga City Council implemented the program.
