Former Wagga MP Daryl Maguire is due for his third day giving evidence at a corruption inquiry on Friday after being questioned about his relationship with NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian.

Mr Maguire is due to continue giving evidence at 10am at the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
On Thursday, Mr Maguire admitted he discussed "problems I was having in life" with Ms Berejiklian, including his plan to wipe away $1.5 million in debt through a commission on selling land owned by horse racing heir Louise Raedler-Waterhouse.
Mr Maguire also admitted that he discussed taking a board role with Riverina oaten hay export company UWE after he retired from Parliament.
Senior public servants have told ICAC that Mr Maguire threatened to "cause trouble" in China after UWE's Shanghai investor pulled out of a joint venture in Leeton.
