Gladys Berejiklian has been listed as a witness to appear on Monday, the first day of what is expected to be the last week of the inquiry into corruption allegations against Mr Maguire.
Ms Berejiklian is the sole witness expected to give evidence on Monday, with no others listed until Tuesday.
Mr Maguire will also make his first appearance at the inquiry since it began on September 21.
He is listed to appear on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Maggie Wang, an immigration consultant who appeared before ICAC last week and told the hearing she regularly paid up to $20,000 in cash to Mr Maguire in Parliament House as part of a Chinese worker scheme, is also scheduled to reappear on Tuesday.
Counsel assisting ICAC Scott Robertson said next week was likely to be the last of the inquiry's main public hearings but more hearings could be scheduled in future after ICAC examines a recently discovered hard drive containing Mr Maguire's parliamentary office files.
The Daily Advertiser does not suggest that any person on the witness list for ICAC hearings has engaged in corrupt activities.
