The heir to a horse racing empire and Daryl Maguire's son are among the names on a new witness list for a corruption inquiry into the former Wagga MP.

After taking a break on Monday for the public holiday, the Independent Commission Against Corruption is due to hear from Louise Raedler-Waterhouse, daughter of prominent bookmaker Bill Waterhouse.
Sydney property Developer Joseph Alha will also appear on Tuesday.
Wednesday will see four witnesses, including Mr Maguire's son James and his former media officer Sarah Vasey, who currently works for Riverina MP Michael McCormack.
Riverina Fresh commercial manager Charles Cull, former NSW Planning Minister chief of staff Robert Vellar and Premier Gladys Berejiklian's former chief of staff Sarah Cruickshank are also due to appear.
The Daily Advertiser does not suggest that any person on the witness list for ICAC hearings has engaged in corrupt activities.
