The young Swifts, all playing up an age group, have set the season alight. The Wolves were the latest scalp last weekend but have two weeks to reset for finals.
"We'll be looking to go straight through," Wolves coach Will Silver said.
"We really think we can beat the Swifts. We'll get a couple of boys back in the next couple of weeks and we'll give it a real shake I think.
"We got beaten 2-0 but it was a really good effort. We did play short so the kids played really well against a side that hasn't been beaten all season. The Swifts, they're a younger team but a lot are part of the SAP program, and they're a very good team."
Silver is a multiple premiership player with Tolland in their golden era a decade ago but has loved being involved with juniors, coaching some of his team since they were five.
"It's just a great club and they do such a good job with the juniors. They've had a strong committee for a long time and we've won many premierships across first grade, second grade, third grade," he said.
Tolland fielded four teams in a big under 12s competition but only the Wolves will represent in finals.
Silver said in the first year in a competitive age group, they've shown maturity and risen to the challenge.
Twins Hunter and Angus Behnke have been important and will likely play a role in defence in finals while Noah Rudd is a skilful presence up forward and Lachie Chyb instrumental in the midfield.
"It's hard to single anyone out, they're all playing so well. They've gelled well together, they really complement each other and they've got a great sporting nature," Silver said.
