Wagga's new APCO service station under construction at Hammon Avenue. The station's owners say they cannot offer the city greater fuel price competition and new jobs until special staff can cross the Victoria/NSW border.

The owner of Wagga's newest service station has claimed the NSW government's border permits system has caused the city to miss out on lower fuel prices and new jobs.
