The Cherrypickers will be boosted with returning first graders Nayah Freeman, Jake Veney and Matt Murray however they'll be without forwards Zach Starr and Mia Tema.
Aaron Slater also returns from suspension.
Coach Steve Shipp says his troops are hungry to go one better on Sunday after experiencing grand final defeat last year.
Fueling that hunger even more is the fact Young meet defending premiers Gundagai, who pipped the 'Pickers 28-8 last year.
The close rivalry has spilled into 2020 with each side earning a win over the other so far.
In order to secure their first reserve grade premiership in 16 years, Shipp says Young will need to win the battle in the middle of the park.
"They'll be hard through the middle. I think the battle of the forwards will determine the winner. Our boys can do it, they definitely have the talent and the experience," he said.
"We have a lot of players who played first grade last year and there's a fair bit of first grade experience there, and there's a few older blokes in the club who are keeping a level head on things. We all work for each other and I think it shows in the performances and the results."
Shipp says the rivalry between Young and Gundagai is certainly understood by the players.
"All the boys are pumped to get another shot at Gundagai. It's one a piece so far this season so it's playing for bragging rights this Sunday. We have a few who were there last year which adds to the hunger to win," he said.
"It'd mean a lot especially to those boys involved last year and it'd be a bit more special for them to get the win over Gundagai. I think the last premiership for reserves was 2004. Sixteen years is a long time between drinks so it'd be really good."
Freeman will return at fullback and Veney in the centres, while Matt Murray will be introduced from the bench with Thomas Woolford and Jacob Lucas retain starting roles in the halves.
