The devices were safely exploded on Tuesday afternoon, about 15 minutes apart.
A robot was used at the Georgina Street property along with a bomb suit.
Police confirmed a fourth shooting had been reported.
"Police are investigating a possible fourth drive-by shooting in Wodonga," a spokeswoman said.
"The occupants of a property on Quirk Court in West Wodonga have reported what appears to be a bullet hole in the front window of their house.
"Detectives are investigating."
EARLIER: Police have found two explosive devices inside a West Wodonga house which was recently the scene of a drive-by shooting amid a string of concerning incidents in the city.
The bomb squad was en route to Georgina Street on Tuesday after the devices were discovered about 10.30am.

"Police and emergency services are currently at the scene of an incident in Wodonga," a spokesman said.
"Police executed a search warrant on a property in Georgina Street about 10.30am this morning and found two explosive devices.
"There is no immediate risk to the public and the Bomb Response Unit is currently en route from Melbourne.
"A 39-year-old man from that address is assisting police with their enquiries."
Police are investigating links between the bomb discovery, shootings, and a nearby home invasion on Murray Way on Tuesday morning.
Officers were alerted to the Murray Way incident about 12.15am.
Three men entered the brick house and assaulted a person inside the property.
They received minor injuries in the incident.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said the man was taken to Albury hospital in a stable condition with upper body injuries.
The three offenders fled the home into a waiting vehicle.
About a dozen officers examined the scene on Tuesday morning and laid out evidence markers.
There appeared to be shoe marks on the door, which police took photographs of.
Police also examined damage to a wall in the entryway.
Detectives spoke to those at neighbouring homes.
Three homes known to police were targeted in the weekend drive-by shootings.
Nobody was injured in any of the incidents.
A man was arrested on Monday but released without charge.
A spokesman urged anyone with information about the home invasion to contact Crime Stoppers.
"Investigators have been told three male offenders entered a house on Murray Way about 12.15am," he said.
"A person in the house at the time of the incident was assaulted and sustained minor injuries.
"The three offenders fled the property in a waiting vehicle."
