Maguire has drives in five of the eight races at Leeton on Friday.
Prairie leads the charge as he looks to make it a hat-trick of wins for new trainer Phil Maguire.
Unbeaten in Australia, Prairie has the inside of the second row draw to contend with and it is the only thing denting the reinsman's confidence.
"He's a nice horse but is just going to need a lot of luck from the draw," Maguire said.
"I still think he can win but it is going to be a bit harder.
"If he drew anywhere but seven he would be $1.10."
Maguire doesn't believe Prairie has needed to come out of third gear yet with both his wins by more than 10 metres.
Stablemate Heavens Hurricane has drawn two.
Maguire also lines up two of his own pacers.
Up against Dance Away, Maguire is far from confident with Hold Back The River but believes the two-year-old has a bright future.
"He's going good but I'm having a few steering problems," he said.
"He works with and can beat Prairie so I have all the faith in the horse but I find the key to having him steer straight and wanting to pull off another horse's back then I'll be fine."
Maguire thought he improved last start after a wide passage on debut.
Fleeting Feelgood is also having his first start for the stable.
