Just before 9am on Tuesday, Griffith police were called to a Banna Avenue pharmacy following reports of an armed robbery.
Murrumbidgee Police District officers attended and have started an investigation.
A number of items were taken during the robbery and police are looking at what was taken during the theft.

A man believed to be aged in his 20s was taken to Griffith police station and is currently assisting police with their inquiries.
