Coolamon recruit Liam Delahunty has been named on the Lions interchange bench for his first senior match of the year, while creative backman Curtis Steele also returns.
Nick Murray (collarbone) has been replaced in the forward line by Riley Corbett, who has recovered in time from a broken ankle sustained in round two.
The Crows welcome back Jayden Lehmann (hamstring) to their back-line, while key position play Jono Spina (hamstring) also returns after three weeks on the sidelines.
Meanwhile, MCUE takes on GGGM in reserve grade for a grand final spot, while Turvey Park and Osborne clash in the under 17.5s.
