The Farrer's SPC drew one of 14 slots for the Kosciuszko on Wednesday morning and were quick to lock in the Geoff Duryea-trained Front Page.
It is the second time the 650-strong punters club has drawn a slot after running third in the inaugural Kosciuszko with Awesome Pluck.
William Farrer Hotel owner David Barnhill said it was a great thrill to learn they will again be part of the race.
"We're very excited," Barnhill said.
"We weren't getting too confident before the draw was done because we got a bit excited last year and were let down so we're pumped."
The SPC, considered one of the largest punters clubs in the country, purchased 8000 tickets in hope of drawing a slot.
It will add to a huge day on October 17 with the club also purchasing shares in MiRunners' Everest slot.
"It's exciting, we've got a small share in Rothfire in the Everest and now the SPC also has a slot in the Kosi so it's going to be a big day."
A TAB account holder from Junee also drew a slot in the race.
