POLICE have charged two men following investigations into the ram raid of a Griffith service station last weekend.

Two vehicles were allegedly stolen from separate locations on the weekend of August 28 and 29, with each used in a number of offences.
The first vehicle stolen was a Toyota Landcruiser taken from a Yenda home about 11.45pm on August 28, which was allegedly used in a fail to pay offence at a Griffith service station.
The Landcruiser was then allegedly involved in a pursuit with police before failing to stop and causing a collision with a car on Rosewood Drive about 1am on August 29.
The second vehicle believed to be stolen was a Toyota Rav 4 reported missing from a Griffith home about 1.45am on August 29.
It was allegedly used to force entry into a service station on Banna avenue where an empty cash tin was stolen.
Inquiries led detectives to a home on Middleton Avenue, Griffith, where they arrested a 20-year-old man about 5.30pm on Monday.
He was charged with be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner, goods in personal custody suspected being stolen, dishonestly obtain property by deception, take and drive conveyance without consent of owner, aggravated break and enter dwelling in company, and never licensed person drive vehicle on road.

The 20-year-old was refused bail and appeared at Griffith Local Court on Wednesday where he was formerly refused bail to appear before the same court on Thursday, September 16.
Investigators later arrested a 25-year-old Narrandera man at a hotel on Wakaden Street, Griffith, about 1.15pm yesterday.
He was charged with use offensive instrument to avoid apprehension, police pursuit - not stop - drive dangerously, breach of AVO, breach of bail, malicious damage, two counts of predatory driving, drive motor vehicle while disqualified, take and drive conveyance, stealing and unlawful entry of motor vehicle.
The Narrandera man was refused bail to appear at Griffith Local Court today, where he was formerly refused bail to face court on September 16.
