Selosse was one of four Waratahs players cited by Wagga City following their clash at Conolly Rugby Complex last week.
However he was the only one who was charged as the two sides, who will play in the grand final later this month, prepare to meet again this week.
The winger was charged with a lifting tackle on Nathan Smith in his side's 47-22 loss.
However his hearing was delayed until Friday with more evidence being sought following an initial appearance at the judiciary on Wednesday.
Waratahs halfback Josh Gemmell has been handed a warning, which equates to a yellow card, after being cited for striking Drew Martin.
Tom Green and Apimeleki Kula were also cited but found to have no case to answer.
Waratahs became the first team to score a try against the undefeated ladder leaders in four games.
They scored four times as Wagga City extended their winning run to seven games with seven tries of their own.
Both of Waratahs' two losses have been at the hands of their cross-town rivals but heading into a third clash so far this season co-coach Angus Stevenson thought there were plenty of positive signs from the premiers.
"When you look at it in the second half it was two tries each and I thought our tries were better rugby tries," Stevenson said.
"The way we built pressure was really good and while we leaked cheap points they scored a couple of lucky tries.
"I really liked the way we scored our tries and while it is always gutting to have scored one against you when you know all you have to do is make your first up tackle and it doesn't happen then you are not as worried."
Pending an outcome of Selosse's second judiciary appearance, Waratahs are set to make one change to their side with Sam Carwardine back in on the wing this week.
It will see Richie Lamont head back to the forward pack with Sam Palmer to miss the clash.
