Kildare, who snapped Mater Dei Catholic College's five-year title streak last year, again stamped themselves as the team to beat by beating their arch rival 24-20 on Thursday.
After also accounting for The Riverina Anglican College the night before, Kildare will now play the loser of next Wednesday's Mater Dei-TRAC clash in the semi finals on Thursday.
The defending champions have only lost three year 12 players from last year's squad, including co-captains Flynn Hogg and Frances Heffernan, and coach Jackie Byrne said that continuity is handy in this year's shortened tournament.
"It's been tricky but the experience of our older players who were there last year has certainly helped," Byrne said.
"We had some really good passages of play and it took a while to warm up into it. But in attack we were able to get it down to our shooters nice and easy, and defence we had really tight one on one defence which gave us a lot of turnover ball."
Byrne said co-captain Lilly Buchanan, player of the final last year, was influential in defence, while goal shooter Maddie Browning had her radar on from the outset.
"Her shooting was great, at one point she'd gone through a long time in the game without missing a goal," Byrne said.
"It's been a really funny season in the sense we didn't know for a while if it was going to go ahead, so we picked a team quite late, and only had one training session before we started."
