Batlow resident Robyn Sweeney awoke to a dusting of light snow across her front yard, and was gracious enough to venture out into the cold to check on the conditions for The Daily Advertiser.
"There is a little bit of rain coming down as well, hopefully it won't be too sludgy," Ms Sweeney said.
"If it doesn't rain too much and it keeps falling it will look very fetching in an hour or so."
Across the south west slopes this weekend, the Bureau of Metereology is forecasting snow falling as low as 500 metres.
Glenn Lavis of Tumbarumba told The Daily Advertiser he could see the dusting of snow on Mount Tumbarumba before cloud covered the vista.
The team at Insanity Tackle in Batlow snapped the above video and shared it via their Facebook page.
"Another day in paradise", they rightly captioned. The video has been used with their permission here.
If you snap any pics or videos of the snow falling around the region today, share them with us too! We'd love to feature you here.
