Emergency services were called to a home in Hillston around 10pm on Saturday, responding to reports that a man had been stabbed.
Police say a 27-year-old man was allegedly stabbed in the stomach by a teenage boy in an altercation outside the front of the home.
The man was taken to Griffith Base Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Murrumbidgee Police District officers began investigating the incident and a 17-year-old boy was arrested at a Hillston home around 12.20am on Sunday.
He was taken to the Griffith police station and charged.
He was refused bail to appear before a children's court on Sunday, facing charges of wounding person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and resisting officer in execution of duty.
