WAGGA Tigers coach Troy Maiden says his squad will learn plenty from playing alongside Brayden O'Hara after the Albury on-baller made his club debut in last week's one-point loss to Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong.

The 32-year-old, who won four of the last six Ovens and Murray League flags with Albury Tigers, and fellow Albury recruit Jake Gaynor missed the opening round due to AFL Riverina's 'strong recommendation' Border residents not participate.
But the quashing of that recommendation before round two opened the door for their inclusion.
"For us to bring in someone like Brayden is great, we were excited when he said he wanted to come over to have a game through his friendship with Jake," Maiden said.
"We're excited about what he can add to our group and what they're going to learn from him, being such an experienced player and playing at the high levels he has."
The Tigers host Leeton-Whitton on Saturday.
