The leaguetag side, who were went through 74 games undefeated until the 2015 grand final, produced their highest score ever at Equex Cente.
A conversion from Brooke Wiggett, her 15th, bounced over off the crossbar and was just enough to eclipse their previous record.
Sophie Crouch scored five tries while Brooklyn Phillips crossed four times as the premiers dominated their rivals.
Coach Madison Dunn, who is not playing this season, was pleased to see their attack flow after a couple of tight games to start the season.
"I feel bad saying this as Junee do so well to show up every week, but the girls played really good," Dunn said.
"The aim at half-time was to go out there and try to run some of our structure and it was the perfect timing for us to be able to do that.
"It worked out nice as we haven't been training for as long as we usually do."
Dunn is one of three players sitting out this season due to pregnancy while another of their stars Gab Suckling isn't playing as she looks to join the police force.
However Dunn believes the side is building into the season.
"We have a few new girls this year, either junior girls who have come up and girls who have come from different footy clubs, so it was nice for them to be part of that," she said.
"Because we weren't sure what was going to happen training was a little bit here and there and now that we are training constantly Tuesdays and Thursdays you can see the girls are starting to click which is nice to see."
After upstaging minor premiers Temora in last year's finals season, Brothers started the season with a loss to Kangaroos in round before coming from behind to down Southcity last week.
Dunn has been putting a bigger emphasis on the team's defence.
Strong defence was a feature of the round with both Kangaroos and Young extending their unbeaten starts to the season.
For the second straight week the Cherrypickers didn't concede a point as they took a 28-0 win over Tumut while Kangaroos scored a 20-4 win over Southcity.
