Riverina Plantation Shutters owner Shannon Scott said her shop was, if anything, busier now than before lockdown started.
"We were trying to figure out why. Maybe people had holidays cancelled and they had a surplus of funds to invest in the things they wanted to get done," Ms Scott said.

Ms Schiller said that they too had seen an uptick in sales during quarantine, and they have even up-scaled their business with more staff and equipment.

She said lockdown has been a chance for families to spend quality time together in the backyard.
"Kids are so well educated about veggie gardens these days," Ms Schiller said.
"I always say I've got the best job in Wagga. The people who come in are good and you get a little glimpse into their lives. Sometimes they'll come in and show the produce they've made."
