Maguire has driven 39 winners since making the move north including 20 this season.
However the 27-year-old believes the time is right to move back to Leeton.
"I can't wait," Maguire said. "I'm really looking forward to coming home and giving Dad a hand and establishing a nice little team again hopefully."
Maguire thought the lack of opportunity for three-claim drivers helped make the decision.
He will join sister Martelle who is already back working at father Phil's stable.
Maguire and partner Madi Dux, who has nine wins to her credit this season, will join him. As well as a couple of new arrivals from New Zealand.
"We've just bought a couple of new ones from New Zealand," he said. "Madi and I just bought a two-year-old from New Zealand and we've got a few babies who are coming along good."
Maguire will return to Leeton towards the end of the month.
