The husband and wife team Tracey and Brad O'Reilly started the small trucking business back in 2010 when it had just one other tradesman on the books.
Since then it has ballooned into an 18-staff trucking company that has launched the careers of tradies from all around the Riverina.
"Lots of the boys started out at 15, 16, and they're qualified now and working here," Tracey said.
Brad said setting up the business had taken many gruelling years, during which time he had been on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no holiday breaks.
"It's got to be done," Brad said.
"If you want to grow you've got to put up with a bit of pain."
He still mostly works hands-on as a mechanic but is slowly starting to shift to the administrative side of things as his business grows larger and more complicated.
Tracey agreed it had been a tough few years, but said the two of them made a great team.
"We get on. I do the administration side of it and Brad does the mechanic side of it," Tracey said.
"It's been rewarding and it's nice to look back now and see how we've grown."
