After two and a half months of closed doors and home fitness, fitness fanatics are able to get back into gear at their local gym, pool or yoga centre on Saturday.
One gym happy to open its doors is Workout Wagga, with owner Jared Kahlefeldt raring to go.
"We're all really excited about, it feels like such a long time and we can't wait to get back into that routine," he said.
While doors will open, a number of rules and restrictions will still be in place to minimise the risk of spreading the virus further.
Mr Kahlefeldt said they had been guided by Fitness Australia and the government in how they would be able to operate moving forward.
"Gyms are allowed 100 people inside now under new restrictions, but it depends on the size of the business really," he said.
"We did the calculations, and technically at our size, we can have 91 people at a time.
"To be honest, I don't think any gym in Wagga would have that capacity anyway so we aren't worried about exceeding that limit."
F45's Rianna Ball is also keen to get back in motion, and said they had systems in place to ensure everything ran within the laws.
"We can have 20 people in each class which is great, and also have 30 tiny bottles of disinfectant spray for members to wipe equipment after use, plus time between each class for us to give it all a thorough clean," she said.
"I honestly can't wait to see everyone, have human interaction, and help with their form and fitness goals - there's only so much help you can give over zoom."
