Police, paramedics and Rural Fire Service crews descended on the crash site at Eunony, which was clearly visible from Oura Road despite foggy condiitons, just before 7am.
The twin-cab ute, which appears to be seriously damaged, came to rest against a tree in the paddock.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance confirmed that three crews responded to the incident, which was reported to them as a vehicle having rolled in a front yard, around 6.50am.
A man believed to be aged in his early 20s was treated at the scene before being taken to Wagga Base Hospital.
Police said the man escaped the crash with only minor injuries.
It is understood he was being treated for cheek, shoulder and elbow pain as well as a laceration to the forearm before paramedics transported him away from the scene.
