With Brenton Avdulla on board, the classy four-year-old overcame a wide draw (barrier 11) to get to the middle of the field and made its move at the top of the corner to beat pre-race favourite Keen Power.
It was the mare's second Sydney victory after prevailing at Rosehill in November.
"I bought her as a yearling for I think $30,000 and to be a two-time Sydney Saturday winner is terrific," Beer said.
"There was a race for her at Corowa on Tuesday that was probably ten times easier, but we backed ourselves in that she'd go up there and perform well.
"Not many horses win two Highways, so she's in pretty good company."
Beer rated Avdulla's ride a "20 out of 10" performance.
"When you're going to Sydney, to have the services of someone like Brenton Avdulla, you're pretty confident to hit the road," he said.
"She can have her moments at home and she's got a bit of attitude sometimes, but the staff have done a terrific job and are always patient with her and understand she's a little bit quirky."
While 2020 has been a year to forget for most, it's been quite the opposite for the Beer stable.
"We've won the Echuca Cup, the Country Championships qualifier, had a double on Albury Cup day and even the last couple of weeks winning the Jack Maher Classic and we had a really nice colt (Matsumoto) win his first start at Wangaratta (on Thursday)," he added.
