Police have described the death of a 20-month-old girl in Corowa as a tragic incident.

Emergency services were called to Enfield Street about 5pm on Wednesday after a four-wheel-drive struck the girl in the home's driveway.
Attempts were made to revive the toddler, but she died at the scene.
The 74-year-old driver of the Toyota HiLux was taken to hospital for alcohol and drug tests.
Superintendent Paul Smith said there was no suggestion the man was under the influence.
"Obviously our thoughts go out to the family and all those involved in this tragic incident," he said.
Those involved knew each other, but police did not say what their relationship was.
Superintendent Smith said the incident was being investigated for the coroner.
"Understandably, the family would be devastated," he said.
"Our thoughts go out to them.
"For anyone else who's touched, please reach out to Lifeline and other services if you need to."
The driver has been cooperative with police and Superintendent Smith said he would be devastated by what occurred.
"Road trauma affects all of our communities in many ways," he said.
"We lose a lot of people on our roads and in other circumstances with vehicles."
It followed an unrelated incident in Wodonga on Monday afternoon where six-year-old Zayne Watts was hit by a garbage truck while riding his bike on Carkeek Street.
He remains in the Royal Children's hospital in a serious but stable condition.
EARLIER: A baby has died after being struck by a ute on a property in Corowa yesterday.
Emergency services were called to Enfield Street, Corowa about 5pm on Wednesday after reports a 20-month-old girl was hit by a Toyota Hilux 4WD in the driveway of the property.
Despite attempts to revive the child, she died at the scene.
Officers attached to Murray River Police District established a crime scene, which was examined by specialist forensic police.

Emergency services were called to the scene at about 5pm Wednesday afternoon after reports an infant had been struck by a four-wheel drive in the driveway of the property.
Responders attempted to revive the child, but she died at the scene.
A 74-year-old man who was driving the vehicle was arrested and taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
He was then taken to Corowa Police Station to assist police with inquiries and has been released pending further investigations.
Murray River Police District officers have established a crime scene which has been examined by specialist forensic police.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
