Ideal Fantasy is drawn to start in barrier four in the $100,000 final at Riverina Paceway on Firday.
She produced the last lead time across the 10 heats to find the front last week before holding on to book her place.
Three other horses who lead their heats to qualify are drawn inside and with $1.35 favourite Whereyabinboppin to her immediate outside Judd expects getting to the pegs before him will be the plan for most in the race.
"Everyone will want to be on 'Boppin's back when he comes around," Judd said.
"No one is going to want to be in the death seat or three wide.
"We had one of the quickest lead times to win our heat and she was still able to hang on and win so I think that's a good thing for our filly."
After a second to Whereyabinboppin in the first round of heats, Ideal Fantasy went one better last Friday to book her place in the first group one final for Judd and reinsman Peter McRae.
They employed differing tactics in both their heats but with the two emergencies draw on the front row it adds another twist to the early stages of the race.
"With a six and four configuration it changes a little bit to an eight and two," Judd said.
"If you go back you are going further back so I think her draw is ok as there was only going to be one or two really good draws.
"What will be will be and I'll leave the driving up to Pete but everyone is going to want to be on 'Boppin's back."
Last week the Junee trainer listened along to the radio parked outside Kooringal Public School on his school bus run but has taken the afternoon off to ensure he sees the mare in the flesh.
He will thrilled with how she has come through the series so far.
"I'm really happy with how she has come through the race," Judd said.
"She hasn't left a grain or a bit of chaff in her feed the whole time.
"The only hesitation there is we go to the well three times in three weeks but in saying that this is the grand final and they can take as long as they want to get over this."
