Another resident of a western Sydney nursing home at the centre of the state's largest coronavirus cluster has died, as NSW recorded just one new positive case in the past 24 hours.

The elderly man was the 15th person to die at the Newmarch House facility since COVID-19 was discovered there on April 11, with the NSW death toll now at 45 and national toll rising to 96.
Staff members are now subject to daily coronavirus testing in an attempt to manage the outbreak with more than 60 cases confirmed to date.
A seven-year-old Sydney schoolboy, meanwhile, was the sole new case of COVID-19 reported in NSW on Monday, with the school now closed for intensive cleaning.
Warragamba Public School was "non-operational for on-site learning" on Monday with all students undertaking at-home learning.
"The (education) department has been advised by NSW Health that a student has tested positive for COVID-19," the school said on its website.
"The school will be non-operational for the on-site attendance of staff and students while the school conducts contact tracing and is cleaned."
Staff and students identified as a close contact of the boy will be advised they should self-isolate for the required period of time.
The student's positive result was the only one from 5500 tests on Sunday.
It's the lowest daily rise in more than eight weeks but the source of the boy's infection is unknown.
"This is likely to occur on a more regular basis when schools go back but we've demonstrated from our experience in term one best practice when it comes to isolating a case, shutting down a school, doing a deep clean and resuming activities as soon as possible once contacts are established," NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian told reporters.
Federal Aged Care Minister Richard Colbeck on Monday said discussions were underway with some Newmarch House residents' family members to remove them from the facility.
He said it could be eight weeks before the facility was coronavirus-free.
"There's a process to go through to manage that, which will incorporate a quarantine period ... we have to find somewhere for them to go during that process but there are some conversations underway," Senator Colbeck told the Nine Network.
Anglicare on Sunday announced a family support program will involve a scheduled daily call from a registered nurse to a resident's dedicated contact.
The premier says the NSW government's goal as restrictions are lifted across the state is to manage any spikes in COVID-19 cases and stamp out clusters.
The coalition on Monday said almost $1 billion of personal protective equipment had been purchased - enough to secure supplies over the medium term.
Construction has also been completed three months ahead of schedule on an acute services facility in Sydney's Westmead Health Precinct - which includes 300 patient rooms and emergency departments for adults and children.
