Officers from the Riverina Police District attended a property on Junee's Boundary Street where they found 15 people.
The group were drinking alcohol together, and police determined that four of the 15 were registered to live at the address.
The remaining people were unable to provide police with a reason for being outside of their own homes in company.
Further inquiries by police saw a 22-year-old man found to have received a warning already on April 4, and as a result was issued with an on-the-spot fine of $1000 for breaching the COVID-19 restrictions in place.
The rest of the group received warnings and were directed to return to their respective homes.
