An Albury resident currently isolating in a Sydney hotel after returning from overseas has tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the MLHD total to 45.
It is the first new case since April 11, with no new cases in Wagga since April 3.
Just two of the 10 cases in Wagga remain active, with eight recovered.
Across the district one more person has recovered from the virus overnight, bringing the total recoveries to 32 across the Murrumbidgee.
People with mild to moderate respiratory symptoms wishing to be tested for COVID-19 can make an appointment at the new Glenrock Country Practice clinic online via health.gov.au.
However, people presenting with severe symptoms have been advised to call triple-zero or attend their nearest hospital emergency department.
