Riverina Police District Superintendent Bob Noble said they conducted 10 compliance checks for those listed on the region's CPR.
"We went to the homes of those on the register and found there were two mild breaches detected," he said.
"Those responsible were issued warnings, and their compliance will be more stringently monitored now in the months ahead."
Superintendent Noble said CPR compliance checks were a matter of standard duty for officers, but in the current situation, were able to be more closely monitored.
"We do check in on every person on the list at least once a year, but we do have more of an opportunity now to get on top of these checks now that more people are at home," he said.
"This is a very serious issue and we are treating it as such."
