Turvey Park Fire and Rescue crews attended to the scene at 6.00 Tuesday morning where they extinguished a white Ford ute.

"The vehicle is believed to be stolen and police are now investigating the incident," a spokesperson from the station said.

The ute was set on fire east of the Red Hill Road and Olympic Highway intersection on a bare patch of land below the train line.
